Cinch it collar!

This morning whilst I was having Saturday Snuggles in the Humans bed the Postman knocked on the door, I flung myself down the stairs barking! How dare he disturb Saturday Snuggles! Mind you  I soon shut up when I realised he had a parcel for me! Yes me, it was addressed to "A dog called Bingo":





This is the second time I have got a parcel and last time it was Dog Food treats courtesy of Wagg (noms!) so I was very excited! I was even allowed to open it by myself:






Inside was a Cinch it collar from Petsafe, no wait a minute, inside was TWO
Cinch it collars from Petsafe!!!  They had sent me TWO as prizes as they said my blog about swimming was SO GOOD! Yay, thanks Petsafe!!! I couldn't wait to try one on so here I am modelling the red one (I got an orange one too!) on the humans bed:





So as soon as the tide was in this afternoon I made sure Mum took me down to Southampton Water to test it out!  In fact I was so excited to get out the car that I jumped over her head and my lead gave her a rope burn on her neck (Whoops!).  Anyway, here I am waiting for her at the water's edge:

I did not want to get out, in fact I whined and whined as mum walked back up to the car and refused to come off the beach.  In fact, in the end she had to drag me back by my new collar!:

No I don't want to "come here"! I want to stay swimming!

Then she tortured me back at the car by making me sit and pose for a close-up photo, all the time I just looked back to the sea crying!

Please can we go back for more swimming??

Then it was back home.  I went out in the garden on the sunny decking to dry off.  My collar was dry in seconds whereas normally I have a soggy, chilly neck for ages.   Still had to lick my fur to get the excess sea water off though:




After all that I was exhausted, this means mum really did manage to get a close up of my collar:
