First Multicache Attempt

So this weekend we were up for a bit of a challenge.  We hadn't tried to do a Multicache yet so we thought we'd give it a go and visit an area close to home we'd never walked in before, Netley Common. Caching can take you lots of fun new places.

This had three different clues.  The location had us counting fence posts......yes you would think this was quite easy but yet Mum still got it wrong!  The second location had us counting steps, I found a good scent round here and went off for a good sniff whilst they faffed about!  Then we had to find the sign with the phone number on and get the right numbers.
Mum is rubbish at maths!

Then we had to input all the numbers from the different locations into loads of formulas.  Look at this....
U = (D+J)/A
V = (G+H)-C
W = (H+E)-F
X = (G*H)-(E*F)
Y = (H-G)
Z = A+B

Then we had to use the number we got from these sums and put them into the co-ordinates:

N 50 54.UVW
W001 19.XYZ

This then was the location of the actual Cache.  Blimey all a bit of an effort really and this was supposed to be quite an easy one......we enjoyed it but not sure we'd want to do a Multicache every week - our brains would hurt too much!

So we plugged in our co-ordinates and off we went to find the cache:
Dad and me found the Cache :-)
